Powell House is now completed and the cafe and two flats have been sold.

Situated in Atholl Place in Peel this buidling is in a very prominent position with views directly looking up Derby Road and Christian Street.

Powell House is so named after the family that used to own and work in the property, Ken and Sylvia Powell, who were some of Peel's real stalwarts.

The property, as you can see from the photographs, has been completely renovated from top to bottom and now looks respendent in its new colours.
