The Grove
During the year of the Millennium, Jonathan Irving embarked on a project that would befit the celebrations. Indeed it was his most ambitious project to date. The development comprised 7 elegant town houses.

Each individual house was designed and based on existing houses within the Conservation area. The development now acts as a benchmark for other developers wishing to develop estates on the Island – Yet another example of the innovative and unique approach that makes Street Heritage unique!
